I first saw the slippers on social media. I thought they looked perfect for me: keeping my feet warm and off the tile floors of my apartment. My daughter gave them to me as a gift and I absolutely love them. I did have to return the slippers and get a larger size, but with the help of the excellent customer service offered, that was seamless.

Bought 1pair, one for my wife and one for myself, after trying a lot of other manufacturers.
Friends of us recommended Mahabi and overall we are very happy.
Definitely recommend buying one too!

So disappointed. This was my second pair and while I love and adore my first pair of slippers, this new purchase has been the opposite experience.
The new design is uncomfortable, pinches my feet (correct size) and got so bad I cut off the back of the slipper to convert them into mules to make them wearable.
Sadly, this will be my last pair :(

the management is perfect but some winter slippers are not comfortable

This is the 2nd time I have purchased my slippers from Mahabis. Yes, they are a bit expensive but my feet deserve it. Got current pair in sale so even better. They delivery on time with minimum packaging but remaining quite posh looking.

Choose a different transporter for International deliveries. I ordered a pair of slippers in December and they are still being processed bij Evri. Nobody can tell me if or when I will get them

I've recently moved to Missouri where today's high temperature will be a balmy 18f. I had an " old-school" pair of Mahabis with the interchangeable soles. Loved them!! I often wore them without the soles - that too was great - like firm wool sock/slippers. These new M's are more like actual shoes, not soft, flexible slippers - so that is taking a bit of getting used to. That is my only speck of unhappiness with my new pair. That aside, as soon as I put them on - my feet are instantly warm, bliss! These will always be my go-to for slippers.

I ordered Mahabis (this is the fifth pair) in November 2022, I waited 7 or 8 weeks without receiving anything, I contacted you and someone took charge of my file (my complaint) .
The shoes would have been lost by the carrier!
I was offered a refund or the sending of my order, I chose to resend it. We are 31.01.2023 and I still haven't received anything!!
The previous time, I received the wrong shoe size!!
Please improve your service and find a solution for my parcel.. (I just contacted service again for the problem)..

These slippers are odds. I already had 4 pairs and loved them but not these The left one says welcome inside the right says home! The right slipper has already rubbed away the pattern. Not your usual high quality at all and I’m very disappointed

Great product. Great service. I had an issue with shipping that were quickly taken care of and I was very happy with the solution provided.

Love the slippers (my second pair) and returning for another size (same size of my original pair was too small) was simple and free. That was surprising to me, especially with an international exchange. Would use this company again, except the slippers just last so long - who knows when I’ll need another pair!

I ordered the slippers on Christmas Day, and they weren’t delivered until January. Unfortunately the size 12 were just a bit tight in my toe area so I had to return them. There is no larger size, and given the price I wanted them to be perfect.
A nice design but not right for me. I returned them yesterday so haven’t yet had my refund, understandably.
Update: refund being processed but dismayed your small print says you deduct £3.50. Poor show.

Slippers look good and are comfy but the inner lining came up after one wear without socks and the outer wool material looks very frayed and worn after having them for one month. Not great for £100 slippers...

I had to try two different sizes of slippers and still they wouldn’t fit. They were too wide in the heel and the shoe would not stay on the customer service that person I worked with was very accommodating and I got my refund right away for the first pair. I’m very sorry I am not able to wear these slippers.
